Installing print server

Hi ,

I want to configure a HP CR4610 ( HP 11.20 )server as a print server.
I am thinking to download print jetadmin tool.
Here I dont have FTP access to download Jetadmin software.

Is there any link to down load Jetadmin software using HTTP.From where can i get this?
