Internal dce threads problem

I received this message in our batch run last night (see attached cma file). I think that this is telling me that I am out of medium threads. What tuning steps do I need to pursue and how can I identify this before it becomes a problem. TIA

I searched the Knowledge Base for hp_preinit_sig_handler and found most entries referencing Oracle.

This seems to be a good doc that recommends tuning and changes to the ora.init file.

In order to provide better solutions, please provide what app and version and if the app is Oracle or 3rd party, you might try searching their sites as well.
