IOscan output

Hello Everyone.
I can see below two devices in ioscan output on my hpux 11.00, but not sure what is it and for what purpose it is used..Can anyone help in that

0/2/0/0.7.0 ctl Initiator


0/2/0/1 ext_bus SCSI C875 Fast Wide Differential

These are the controller devices of the fast wide differential SCSI HBAs.
