IP conflict

To all gurus

Is there a way that can we detect an IP conflict in our HP server?

ping
arp -a
netstat -in
"Intel inside" is not a label, it's a warning.

It would give messages on the console and also log into /var/adm/syslog.log file as

something like

WARNING: IP: Hardware addres
s '00:c0:4f:10:22:f2' trying to be our address 172.016.001.223!

TG,

We experience an ip conflict one of hour hp server last week (11.11) but i didnt see any ip conflict log or console prompt. Is there any syslog config to enable this feature?
