IPSEC configuration

After installing IPSec, if I run ipsec_mgr and try to create a IPSec policy I can not fill in the IP address of local and destination.
There is no blank place there to fill in the details

The system must have standard HP-UX 11.0 core products. It must also have the following patches:

HP-UX 11.00 Support plus general release patch bundles (XSWGR1100).

many IPSec/9000 commands require that a password be entered. To run these commands and redirect the output to a file or another command, you must enter the password, even though you will not be prompted for the password.

Yes, we are already at XSWGR1100 patch level.
