ISEE - Error - Server Error

Hi,

Updated ISEE to version 3.00 using depot ISEEPlatform_A.03.00.
026_HP-UX_B.11.00_32+64.depot and everything looks to be working, however at the top of the screen I get the error message "Error - Server Error, An error occurred on your support provider's server. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The frame is pointing to:
http://servername.companyname.com:5060/HP_Services/mots/content/template/Header.htm

I get the same error if I click on detailed system information.

It's not a major issue as it looks like open and closed incidents are working but just wondered if anybody else had the error and knew the fix.
