Well...that's a sweepingly broad question.
Why don't you narrow it down some & maybe give us some background from your end. Or just let us know what you're looking for here.
I'm not sure how, or even if, I'd answer that question as it's currently stated.

Keeping up with the speed of change. Application life cycles have shrunk from months to days. We've over 50 changes to production apps in just our web environment this week!

Hi,
I would have to say decision making processes.
These are the ones that effect us the most
even before changes need to be made. The speed
of ideas (rightly or wrongly) are filtered
down the food chain as if they must be implemented today,with little thought as to how things need to achieved. Take a project for example, the CEO wants it implemented say by the end of the week without the understanding or care that the work takes 4 weeks to complete. Now thats project planning.....
