Itanium Code on PA-RISC

I remember you can run PA-RISC compiled code on an Itanium processor. Is it possible to run Itanium compiled code on PA-RISC? If yes, what kind of tools or sw do I need? Thx in advance.

No, it is NOT possible to run Itanium compiled code on a PA-RISC machine.

Hi:

PA-RISC code runs under the ARIES emulator on Itanium without you having to do anything. Code compiled for Itanium processors will not run on PA-RISC.

Patrick and JRF are correct. IPF emulators were never made a product and can't be supported.
