Itanium multithreading and HP-UX
Anyone know when does the H/W multithreading get turned on? I was told is not turned on until HPUX 11v3. Any documentations on this? Thx in advance.

Re: Itanium multithreading and HP-UX
It works only with 11.31 - not with earlier versions.
Turn it on or off using "setboot -m on|off":
# setboot
Primary bootpath : 0/0/1/1/0
HA Alternate bootpath : 2/0/1/1/0
Alternate bootpath :
Autoboot is ON (enabled)
Hyperthreading : OFF
: OFF (next boot)
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
