java and daylight savings time

Hello - does anyone have a piece of java code that verifies 2007 daylight savings? - I have a few instances of java that are either custom or beta versions that don't clearly define versions...

Run the tzupdater (in preview mode) against the java instances in question

You will get some ouput telling you if additional work needs to done.

There are two versions of the update program - if one does not work - try the other.
