Java -- garbage collection causes core dump

Hi All,
We are running a stress test on an application which uses a lot of java related stuff (EJB, JMS, etc).

After approximately, java, during garbage collection throws a core dump.

HP version: (uname -a)
HP-UX lima B.11.11 U 9000/785 2002028199 unlimited-user license

Kernel params:
tuned after lots of R&D.

Java version:
# ./java -version
java version "1.4.0.02"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.0.02-021031-18:00)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 1.4 1.4.0.02-021031-19:15-PA_RISC2.0 PA2.0, mi
xed mode)

The core dump stack trace is attached along with this mail.

Is there some way of escalating this to HP without having a service contract with them?

Thx
