Jobs queue - PRINTER
The jobs is sent from the server01.
The jobs enqueue on the server02.
I uploaded the diagram file.
any advice?

The server01 is bdgsfpr
and the server02 is apgsfpr.

According to your diagram you have a print server and and HPUX server acting as remote print servers.
When you submit a job to a remote server, the job is actually queued up on the remote server, be it 1 or the other.

Priority seen on queues is ? so increase the priority to more then one set in system default printer to release these queues.
