jsp error...

hi,
we have our SIP portal installed in HPUX 11i
and when we trying to access the portal, we are getting an error:
An unexpected Exception occurred please contact your portal administrator: java.io.FileNotFoundException: JSP file not found

any ideas...thanks a lot...

Shalom,

Sounds like a java problem.

swlist -l product | grep -i java

Check http://www.hp.com/go/java

Make sure you have recommended patches installed.

I've seen problems with java in Unix with incorrect Java heap size. What's the size of the heap size specified in the application startup file? That should be the culprit.
There is always something new to learn everyday !!
