kcmond high cpu utilization

I have recently installed ia64 with HP 11.23 and oracle software.Set all the parameters according to Oracle.After all the process it was observed that the cpu utilization reaches 100 % only when the kcmond starts utilizing the CPU % more (almost 50%). We need to host more Database instance and are worried if this continues we will have problems.So Please help to resolve this high cpu utilization by the kcmond deamon.
I also check that if i stop the kcalarms monitoring the kcmond process doesn't utilize much cpu % .But I don't think this is a good practice ,so need your's help.
