kernel compile error

I have been trying to resolver the issue listed below when trying to increase the 'maxdsize' and 'maxtsize' parameters.
This seems to go back 2 years when a patch was not installed complete and has come back to haunt me.
The server is a rp2450 using HP-UX 11.0
When it tries to recompile the kernel you will get this error.
Is there some patches out there that might help me resolve the errors below.
It is already looking like a OS reload and I am trying to avoid that process.

This looks like the results from reinstalling PHKL_18543 (LITS patch).
