kernel parameters

Please consult me with the best kernel-parameters solution for hp-ux system, runnuing TIBCO.

The parameters of the system are:

Mashine: ia64 rx2620
OS 11.23; / 64-bit kernel /;
CPU 2 x 1300 MHz;
Memory: 4GB;
Swap: 4GB
