/opt/networker/bin/nsr_shutdown.

For temporary solution, kill all nsr daemons:
# ps -aef | grep nsr
If you don't want to remove the software, but want to resist this from starting while booting, then check for /sbin/init.d/networker file and remove it along with it's rc links.

Legato storage manager comes along with oracle.
If you have installed oracle with default softwares Legato will get install. you can stop this by
#opt/networker/bin/nsr_shutdown

Anil has the correct answer. After you have stopped the process, remove it from the startup sequence
cd /sbin/init.d/rc2.d
mv S900networker s900networker
cd ../rc0.d
mv K200networker k200networker
Renaming these from S & K (caps) to lower case s & k will prevent them from running at startup.
