lock up

My hp8655c locks up all the time. It's barely 1.5 yr old. What is it, what should I look for?

What version of HPux are you running? 9.04, 10.20, 11.00, or 11i? When it locks up, does it respond to a remsh? Does it respond to a ping?

try a load bios default and check again,else you should try to test with another RAM module.

'Locks up' is very vague. Can you explain a bit more detailed what does it mean?
