login issue
normal user directly not able to login to the Hp Box. but can able to login by using #su - (login name. now the user should login directly to the Hp box by using there login id could you please give me solution to solve this issue

2. How user is logging like from Windows or UNIX machine?
3. What method user is trying to access like telnet or ssh?

cd /var/adm/syslog
tail -f syslog.log
Now try to login using the normal user, check to see if something is displayed on the syslog file, post the results.
Ensure that the user is specifying correctly the password and the keyboard mapping is correct from the terminal emulator. Does this happens with all users or only with one or some users?
