i want to increase the lv,,, how many disks req and how to do the lvextend?

Sorry, I forgot.
Just vgextend the 2 new disks to the VG, then increase the size of the LVOL by lvextend. It is mirrored already, so it remains mirrored (it will extend on both disks).

you need two aditional disk, vgextend, lvextend and extendfs.
You also can replace the disks for other bigger.

The extendfs would be fsadm if you have Online JFS product and yes you need 2 additional disks. If you have Base JFS then the extendfs would work as jorge said for which you would need to unmount.
