It will be grateful if someone gives me the main differences between HPUX 10.x and HPUX 11.x

It would probably be best if you looked through the manuals on http://docs.hp.com

The main difference is that 10.x is no longer supported and 11.x is. Aside from that, the differences are quite subtle: more robustness, more internet features, dynamic kernel parameters, etc.
