Re: memory price
Given that you are located outside of the US, your best course of action is to go to the hp.com home page for your location and select the "parnters & developers" link (assuming it's the same as the US version), and then the "HP Authorized Resellers" link to find a reseller in your area who can give you realistic pricing information.

If you want even cheaper memory, which can be installed in HP servers without going against the HP warranty and support contract try Dataram. http://www.dataram.com/
We use Dataram in all our rp54xx, rp74xx and rp84xx servers. very reliable and cost effective. Talk to them.. HP will support you but you must have enough HP memory on site for the largest memory config per type of server.

Solution
You can buy a brand new 2GB memory kit from HP (A6115A). You can buy 2GB memory kit from HP remarketing at the lower price (A6115AR)
see link:
http://invtoday.bbndirht.external.hp.com/invtoday/it/inventory/categories
These products from HP have full HP support.
If you don't need HP support, you can buy equivalent memory kit from 3rd party (Dataram or Kingston).
see links:

Zygmunt
