we are running memory windows on HPUX11.0 64bit OS, with 32bit Oracle Apps. We have L2000, N4000, K450's and the memory windows themselves are fine.
I downloaded memwin_stats form the hp external site everyone pointed to.
When I run it with -w it works, but when I run it with -m it just hangs and never returns.
I checked the recommended patches from the memwin_stats readme and PHCO_13811 is replaced by PHCO_23705 which is applied.
PHKL_13810 is replaced by PHKL_18543 (the mother of all patches) which is also on (otherwise nothing would work).
Am I missing something?
thanks all,
Mark Grossman

Re: memwin_stats -m hangs
The memwin_stats tools is virtually obsolete now, I don't think it has even been updated since early 1999. The tool now used is called "shminfo" which provides several enhancements. If you cannot find it from the ftp site, try contacting your local HP response centre, or perhaps another forum user know where to find it externally?
Regards,
James.
