has bebugging code left in it and is spewing out:
Jun 25 08:42:16 hppsuat vmunix: lanc_ether_ics: 215534
into syslog & dmesg
To fix - install :
PHNE_21216 LAN products cumulative Patch
Which was was posted by HP : 00/05/18

These are messages are debug leftovers.
Install PHNE_26072 s800 10.20 LAN products cumulative Patch
Then these messages are gone.
Regarding Clock_int: tick arrived early
Is patch PHKL_12830 on your system ?
If not install this patch to solve that problem.

If patch does not solve your problem or is already installed, this could point to any HW error.
Check your system for any other strange messages or error's
