Dear Gurus,
I have a 2 36GB in my HP IA64 server. Recently, I got a problem of accidentally moving some files in the root directory (/etc,/dev.... I cannot do anything but to re-store it from make_tape_recovery tape i had. I somehow re-stored it but some files are lost (some apps) but my problem now, is that before the 2 36GB are mirrored. but somehow when i see my hp-ux boot, the led's in the 2nd hard disk are not anymore blinking. I assume that the mirror was also lost also. I would like to ask for the procedure in mirroring the disk..
Many thanks!

Solution
It depends on whether you are using LVM or VxVM for your volume manager. The procedures differ.
