more ignite problem

Hello ,
I have been successfully taking a OS backups for years using make_tape_recovery .It was failed last night with below error message .Please advice..if you ran into this situvation before.

* Saving the information about archive to
/var/opt/ignite/recovery/previews
* Creating The Tape Archive
* Checking configuration file for Syntax
make_medialif: error - /opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.11.23/SYSCMDS does not exist,
ot a regular file or is not readable
ERROR: System Error, /opt/ignite/bin/make_medialif failed creating boot LI
file.
ERROR: Failed to generate LIF on tape .
