Unfortunately not.
However, you probably don't need to. If you explain what you are trying to do, I'm sure a better solution could be found. Perhaps with symbolic links or NFS or something.

You can not mount an lvol twice, you will get an error of device is already in use.

I am talking about the NFS.
at my place i am having dual boot
os (linux & win).
from linux Iam able to mount the win
partion on linux directory.
thats why I am askink is it possible in HP?

You can NFS export the filesystem from Windows if you have NFS for windows but the more usual approach is to install Samba on your HP box. Having done this, you can browse the windows shares.
It's not quite as transparent as linux mounting a windows partition that is on the same box but it works.

You can do the same thing as you do in linux in Hp-UX (i.e mounting windows files system).

You have a dual boot linux/windows system and you are able to mount to the windows partition on Linux right?
No it is not possible with HP-UX. Even on a Itanium machine, though HP-UX and Windows can co-exist but can not mount one's partition on to the other.
