MSL5000 + Data Protector 5.10
I can't see in hpux 11.11 this library(MSL5000) .
My library connected to server rp5470 use FC Switch. I can't see robotic and drive
pls help!

First, do ioscan -fn,
Then try ioscan -fnkC autoch to see the robotic and ioscan -fnkC tape for the drives.
Please post the result.

Hi,
Is the correct drivers configured in the kernel. You need "sctl" for the robotics and "stape" for the drives. After configuring the drivers you should be able to list the robotics with ioscan but to enable acess to the drives you must log in to the Storage Router and change Default Map from Indexed to Auto Assigned.
