Re: named server daemon start fail
Hi,
Check the namesserver in /etc/resolv.conf
Check is named=1 in /etc/rc.config.d/namesvrs
verify the file /etc/nsswitch.conf
To restart the named daemon
sig_named restart
To start /stop named
/sbin/init.d/named stop
/sbin/init.d/named start
IA
