I just have a basic on idea on what IVM is. It would be better if I find any material on this. Can anyone kindly suggest me any online pdfs which I can refer to?

Also IVM is not an acronym you should really use, as IBM use it for part of their AIX virtualisation stack (in IBM land IVM = Integrated Virtualisation Manager).

HP use the acronym HPVM to identify HP Integrity Virtual Machines.
