need windows agent files after patching

we recently upgraded our openview agent from 8.13 to 8.16. where do I find the upgraded files for the windows agents? we use the files in the /var/opt/OV/share/databases/OpC/mgd_node/vendor/ms/x86/winnt/A.08.10.160/RPC_BBC directory to install the agent on the windows nodes. these files have not been changed/updated, that we can see, since the patch. but all the windows agents are screaming about connection. bouncing the agent on the windows nodes is not enough, there must be newer files needed.
