needs-key-operator

At an alarming rate my printers are disabling themselves in HPDPS because they are going into needs-key-operator status. These printers are connected to a Windows Print Server. Once they have been disabled I can go in and enable them and they function with no problems. Has anyone seen this issue, is there a way to fix or prevent this?
