network redudancy

How to find the NW redudancy in HP UX machine.

below is the netstat -in command.

I want to know if lan0 got failed. will  NW will be down or will it move to redudant lan available which is marked with "*."

I have checked with lanscan -q and don't see any APA used.

I want to confirm if there is redundancy ?

Without APA you probably don't have any redundancy (except it is managed by serviceguard somehow).
