How can I make the resources on my HP-UX10.20
available to my NT Servers so that users can access folders and printers?

Hi,
you can use your hp box resources for your NT boxes using SAMBA:
http://us2.samba.org/samba/ftp/Binary_Packages/hp/
look the for the file
samba-2.0.7-hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20.tar.Z
if you download the file uncompress it and then you can install samba with swinstall.
