after talking with Claudia last week I've been "not connected" while staying in Grenoble (most of the week at least), and now I am quite happy to see what has happened!

#1: that's nice, really - but can we have the "statistics" on each line? I mean, the number of replies "pointed"/"unpointed", please?

#3: helpful, that (until you provided me with a shortcut on the forums page itself I had to keep a bookmark for that)

#4: I love it!

#5: have not tried it, yet (do we have a "test" category already? for this and all those "tests"? ;-)

#6: actually I have just seen it on an "old" page and it really speeds up the whole process

#7: very good

#8: oh, there is no #8 :-(

I just had my first opportunity to use the new points assignment tool. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for working hard to bring these latest improvements to the forums. I was surpised to see the new reply box after a short departure from using the fourms.

I commend HP for continuing to enhance ITRC to make it the best support site on the web.

Patrick, I agree...the points assign feature is OUTSTANDING! :) (if I may say so myself). I no longer have points unassigned thanks to this fast and efficient method!

All new features are great.
we are very satisfied now.
But there is no end of improvements.
Few suggestions for your next release:
1)Users Browsing this Forum at this moment(name of the users to be available on the top)
2)On the first page following columns will be there
subject category author date
Replies Views Last post(name & time).
3)little bit of fonts (as I wanted to write this line in italic bold.)
4)Few expressional image like :) :( etc. etc. as in other chat room to make it more colorfull
5)when someone replies to my post ,a pop up message sud come out saying that u have got new reply.


Is it going to be too much ?..
I must stop now :)

Hi Dan,

great thing, these new features. Most of them i like the visible text of the message to which i want to answer and the possibility to find my own old postings. This way it was very easy for me to find answers to which i did not assign points so far. Now i have found all unassigned answers and i assigned points to them.
