NFS mount failure

I'm having trouble with my Ignite server. It is a CAG issue. My question is this: When an NFS mount fails, is there a log that will show me this error. OS HP-UX 11.23
Also, I have to move my Ignite server and the OS will be HP-UX 11.11. Thanks in advance
