It telling me unknown error..

that why it's make my headache.. at least the system can say something..

I have export the file system on the AIX and manage to mount it wiht other AIX, but whne try to mount it from HPUX t giving me the unknown error.

can you ping the AIX server?
Can you rlogin?

Hello Ikhsan,

Check whether all the daemons on both the clients are running or not. Check port mapper, check whether both servers can talk.
