NFSBUG script

Where can I find a good nfsbug script to run against my HP9000, OS11.0 servers? My manager wants this done per recommendations from the SANS Institute and CERT bulletins.

I have tried a couple of versions that I found on the internet at ftp.cerias.purdue.edu/pub/tools/unix/sysutils/nfsbug but always get error "Can't open include file ufs/inode.h"

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Marilyn

Re: NFSBUG script

You should patch the source code yourself, otherwise it will not compile.
Look at:
http://ftp.rge.com/pub/security/cerias/tools/unix/sysutils/nfsbug/
or
http://www.cs.vu.nl/pub/leendert/
I admit it is not easy to find directly a hpux11 patch.
Read the README-files and look for the diff-lines.
At http://www.klaphek.nl/files/nfsbug_hpux.patch i've seen that this Sarayan dealt with exactly the same thing.
Succes.

Re: NFSBUG script

Thanks for your quick reply. Guess I will try correcting the script and see if I can make it work on my servers.
