nis
I created database files for NIS and configured controll file too. I also done setting on NIS client after it everthing was working fine but today i am not able to get login on server through username login. When i apply command at client prompt ypwhich it gives output this 0xa060020 not the hostname.
So can anybody guide me how to resolve this query .
Thanks to all

Re: nis
Sha,
is your networking resolution working?
Seems ypwhich can not see your NIS server.
Check that your NIS server is up and running
