How could I setup the nis+ for HP11.00 and Solaris 2.8 enviroment? Which one should be server, HP or SUN?

Have a look at the following document for setting up NIS+ on the HP:

Do you know any documents showing how to setup HP as nis server then setup Sun as nis client, or vice versa?

There are instructions in the HP document I gave and probably the Sun document as well.

In the HP document go to 'Configuring and Administering NIS+' and then go to the section 'Setting Up the NIS+ Namespace' and then go to 'To Set Up NIS+ Client Hosts '.
