Re: Non Technical question ! ! !
You need Support ID to get the support from HP. Well if by any chance you have support aggrement but you don't remember the ID then you can try providing them with the Server Serial no. or the System Handle which you will get it from the Installation Reports.
If you don't have any thing of these then there is problem, probably you need to contact some other customer location where you can get this CD's or ask any other SysAdmin friend to provide you the same temporarily.

Re: Non Technical question ! ! !
I don't know how to get this damage CD replaced. I have received these CDs in Feb 2002 from my US office,
Now none of my server is under support contract of HP & HP is asking for support ID as they are treating this replacement of CD is as new Installation Of compiler.

Re: Non Technical question ! ! !
First, Never publish the cd part number and code words on forums!! HP may not like it.
Only HP can give latest application CD along with codeword for unlocking it.
If same CD is available with your friends then you may use as you have the code already with you.
I don't see any other alternate!

Re: Non Technical question ! ! !
I agree with TT.
Please refer to this website:
http://h21007.www2.hp.com/dspp/tech/tech_TechSoftwareDetailPage_IDX/1,1703,1743,00.html#11.11
Compiler Version A.03.30 Base Release Available on the March 2001 Application Release CD (swlist bundle C.03.30.01)
You must have a valid support ID if you want to order for the Application CD, the support ID can be Serial Number or System Handle.
However, even you have the the support ID, I think Contract Admin will give you the latest version of Application CD only.
Hence you need to check with other SysAdmin or others who has this version of Application CD (March 2001, swlist bundle C.03.30.01), then after you put on the codeword you will be able to install the Compiler A.03.30 from there.
Hope the above helps.
