One compatibilty Issue - Please help

Hi All,

I have a problem here, I have an ia64 box in which OpenSSL of version A.00.09.07 is installed and zlib version installed is 1.2.3. Now the problem is whenever I turn compression=yes, I cannot connect through ssh, it gives the error:

no matching comp found: client zlib server none,zlib@openssh.com

But if I turn off the compression=no, it works fine.

But I need to have compression=yes, hence i assume that there may be some compatibility issue with OpenSSL and zlib. Please help.

a patch may be exist for this problem or try updating ssh in your clients.
