OTS with X.25 problem

Hi !

I need to use OTS with X.25. (run CLNS other X.25 and Ethernet).
I don't have a X.25 card, so used X.25 over LLC2. It works OK.
Without X.25 OTS works fine. But if I add CLNS over X.25 subnet, OTS don't start with the folowing diagnostics:

Starting OTS Log Daemon...
The OTS Log Daemon reported an error:
nettl will be unavailable for OTS.
-----------

Hardware is rp5470.
OS is HP-UX 11.00.

Any ideas ?

Some small notes:

1. Result of 'grep ots /stand/build/conf.c':

extern tlcots_install();
extern tlcotsod_install();
extern otsam_link();
otsam_link,
tlcots_install,
tlcotsod_install,
otsam\n "otsam",
"tlcots",
"tlcotsod",

2. All patches for the OTS are in 'configured' state.

Execute this:

# insf -e

With the -e option, insf reinstalls the special files for pseudo-drivers and
existing devices. This is useful for restoring special files when one or
more have been removed.

I haven't seen this problem using OTS and X.25, but we do use X.25 cards.
