Pam Authentication problem

Hi all

This is robin of flora Ltd. we can not login to the server(hp rp 2470-hp ux)it shows PAM Authentication problem.

I loged in single user mode and try to crate a user with root previlage but when i try to put password against that user it gives the same pam authentication error and suggest to see /etc/pam.conf

Is there any way to login ?

Can any one help me?

What is your /etc/pam.conf file entries. Error is suggesting to see pam.conf entries.

It is good to analyse the problem on pam entries.

Get the pam.conf entries and post it.
Easy to suggest when don't know about the problem!
