PAM Error Message in syslog.log

Hi,
I am getting the below error message logged in syslog.

Feb 24 08:37:31 sapprd remshd[22646]: PAM Status - 10, PAM Error Message - Get new authentication token
Feb 24 08:39:09 sapprd remshd[22875]: PAM Status - 10, PAM Error Message - Get new authentication token
Feb 24 08:41:00 sapprd remshd[23164]: PAM Status - 10, PAM Error Message - Get new authentication token

I believe it's becuase rlogin trying to use PAM authentication. Is there any harm? Can I leave it as it is?
Is there a way configure rlogin not to check PAM and use only ~/.rhosts?
