Patch installation problem

Anyone can tell me the what is patch level 1,2 & 3 represent ?? To my understand, the patch level will change as time to time. Is that correct ??

What exactly do you mean "patch level 1, 2 & 3"? I can't remember hearing patches for HP-UX referred to in that fashion.

It should be Patch Rating Level. What does it represent ?
