paths problems
Hello
i have a RP2620. I install my equipment and run a make_tape_recovery. To test my back up I install in other hard disk that i have. Every thing its fine, my restore works perfectly, but when i return the original disk to the equipment it sends a messages that that its no posible boot from this path.
Anaybody knows what happen?
Thanks

Re: paths problems
Hola Juan Pablo Wagner Naveda,
I believe rp2620 is HP Itanium server.
For HP Itanium server, there's a different procedure to restore the Ignite/UX backup tape. Just follow the steps on document below about 'How to boot/recover from tape on Itanium' (docID : IA64KBRC00015995) :
http://www1.itrc.hp.com/service/cki/docDisplay.do?docLocale=en_US&docId=200000081616674
Hope this information can help you.
Cheers,
AW
