Performance Montoring
Just now we change our file system from VXVM to LVM I want to know following things
1)Due to LVM performance of the system degrades ?
2)How can i do performance monitoring of my servers is there any inbuilt utility is there ?

Shalom,
1) I would not expect a huge performance boost. Both products are mature and have been optimized for the OS.
2) You probably have sar. HEre are some scripts to use http://www.hpux.ws/system.perf.sh
Even better than this is glance, you have a 60 day trail on your app cd's probably core OS as well. The downside is to use it after day 60 you need a license and that costs money.

According to me ther wont be system degradation.
For performance monitoring you have various tools like glance,sar,top etc.
