Perl binary with DB modules included

Can someone supply me with a perl binary that has the DBD-Oracle-1.12 (or later) and DBI-1.32 (or later) for Perl version 5.6.1 or later.
I'm having real difficulty in trying to recompile the oerl source code with these modules due to a combination of wrong compiler etc.
The system is HP-UX 11.11 (64 bit)
