Persistent binding

Hi,

How do I set up persistent binding from HBA FC, to my SAN ?

11.23
A9784-6000 2 PCI/PCI-X Fibre Channel FC/GigE

Any information will be really helpful,

IMHO it is always a persistent binding by default, because you get a fixed hardware path to the LUN and fixed special device files. This could be different with different operating systems, but not with hp-ux.

You may get problems if you connect any cable to different switch ports (array - switch connection) or if you use a wrong presentation mode (e.g. windows instead of hp-ux).
